Special Category Cases

AXIS Dispute Management is a private civil mediation and dispute resolution firm. We operate strictly within civil, commercial and personal dispute resolution. The categories listed below sit outside standard dispute resolution practice — by law, by ethics, and by our commitment to the Constitution of India. Our legal team will review these on a case-by-case basis, and in most instances will guide you to the appropriate authority rather than proceed with mediation.

Criminal Law
🚫

Rape & Sexual Assault Cases

Cases involving rape, sexual assault, molestation or any form of sexual violence are strictly criminal matters governed by the IPC / BNS. These require mandatory police reporting and judicial prosecution — not mediation.

Any matter involving sedition, terrorism, espionage, waging war against India, or activities under UAPA, NSA, or any anti-national statute is entirely outside our purview. These are sovereign security matters.
